United Spearhead Management is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals while providing exceptional customer service.


  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in B2C sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Availability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.


  • Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for sales opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Understand customer pain points and requirements, and provide tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers through consultative selling approaches.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes, including pricing and contract terms.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure sales agreements.
  • Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell additional products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Track and report sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline status, and sales performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.
