Requirements

  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities, anticipate future needs, and create long-term workforce plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain updated knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish interview processes.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies, recognition programs, and initiatives to enhance employee morale and motivation.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Support managers in providing constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to employees.
  • Identify and address employee training and development needs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness in compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in HR practices and recommend improvements accordingly.
